Created by Ms. Justyna, this unique, self-paced program helps students build a rich vocabulary and apply it directly to their writing. Each week, students receive a themed list of Tier 2 academic vocabulary words—words they’ll see across subjects and in real-world contexts. Through interactive practice and a guided writing assignment, students learn not just what words mean, but how to use them purposefully and effectively.

✏️ What Students Do Each Week:

Step 1 – Understand & Practice Vocabulary
Students work through fun, varied activities like multiple choice, word matching, sentence creation, and spotting mistakes. They explore word forms, meanings, and usage to master each word in context.

Step 2 – Plan & Write
Students are given a writing prompt tied to the week’s vocabulary. They’ll plan their ideas, group related words, and write a clear, thoughtful composition that focuses on sentence flow, word choice, and natural vocabulary integration.

Step 3 – Submit & Receive Feedback
Students submit their writing for detailed, personalized feedback. They’ll receive comments on vocabulary usage, clarity, and sentence structure, along with practical tips to help them improve with each assignment.
